Reiki Relaxation Connection Days
We all seem to be so busy these days, and unless we consciously take time out to relax and unwind we can feel like life is speeding past us.
We barely have time to realise that we have a spirit, let alone that it is connected to our body and mind. Our Reiki Retreat Days incorporate
guided visalisation, mandala drawing, and of course Reiki. We provide morning tea and lunch.
These days are available for the individual or for couples/friends/family members. Visit for the day, there will be time to relax by the pool or on the deck overlooking the golf course and watch the kangaroos and koalas - hopefully they'll be visiting.
The Day Program - Please arrive by 9.15am ready to start at 9.30.
9.30am-10.30am - We start the day with prayer, visualisation relaxation session, breathwork, and mandala.
10.30am - 11.00am - break - juices, morning tea, or coffee.
11.00am - 12pm - Reiki session with guided meditation and prayer for your wellbeing.
12pm-1.00pm - Light lunch - we have fresh salads and chicken or salmon.
1.00pm - 3.00pm Healing Mandala Drawing or Painting session. During this session we focus on what you are wishing to create in your life, or the qualities you wish to develop in your life.
There is no need for prior knowledge or any art ability - we work together on this.
3.00pm - 3.30pm Break for afternoon tea...
3.30pm - 4.30pm finish the day with a Reiki the Aloha Way Session including meditation and Hawaiian pule (a blessing prayer) -
for you - or if visiting with your partner - the blessing will be for you and your partners' relationship
Cost: $200 per person
Cost: $400 per day per couple - this is a suggested schedule - you can make up your own treatment package - prices vary accordingly.

Reiki Training
We offer training for Level One, Two and Mastery. We offer unique training on a one to one basis or for small groups.
Level One teaches you all the skills to practise Reiki.
You receive four attunements to the Reiki energy, and learn how to give a full body Reiki treatment, as well as learning how to give Reiki to yourself. This level introduces you to the chakra system, and the aura. Level One takes two days from 9.30am - 3.30pm.
Level Two teaches you how to do distance energy work. You receive one attunement, and will learn about symbols and how they function. Learn how to create a visionary healing room to complete your distant healing. We include mandala drawing to remember your symbols on this level. Level Two takes two days from 9.30am - 3.30pm.
Reiki Mastery training is run according to each individual's requirements.
Your Reiki teacher is Kareen Fellows. Reiki Heritage is through Hawayo Takata and Phyllis Furimoto
